First: I protect your precious vacation dollars and hours. I’ve done the research on the city. resorts or ship, know the locations and I take the time to get to know my clients as well as possible. So I do a great job matching them with the right experience. I’d hate to see them wasting money on the wrong vacation, even if it is a great deal.

Second: I save them a lot of time and hassle. There is so much information on the internet these days and it’s to know what’s accurate and what’s not. Thanks to my expertise, I know the options far better than most and able to zero in on the best options very quickly. In addition, I’m the one that sits on hold, to check fares , prices etc. This can save you hours and hours of wasted time..

Third: I can get them special treatment they can’t get on their own. Thanks to my relationships with travel suppliers, I can often get amenities, upgrades and other special VIP touches that my clients don’t have access to. So even though many “do-it-yourself” vacationers may pat themselves on the back for saving the $100, I often get my clients special amenities worth way more than what they had saved.

Forth: My job doesn’t stop when you book your vacation with me. I go the extra mile to find you thing to make your vacation special, Find the great restaurant, book those special excursion, set up golf tee times. I love adding find those special touches. I also prepare my clients for travel, so there are no surprises. I check if their passports (if needed) are current, help them with packing advise and even tipping guidelines.

Finally: I am just a phone call away. If there are issues that come up before or during your vacation I will do my best to make sure it is take care of. With the right connections I’m able to reach out for you to get issues resolved. This can be a valuable service as we learned in the last couple of years, when the online mega-agencies just turn their phones off when the pandemic hit, and many customer lost their money or had to fight for months and months to get refunds.
